After the single voting day in the Ukraine the delivery of records and the registration of the voting results is still continuing on the 25th of May. The process of delivering the final records together with ballots takes place day and night on the 25th of May.

It will have been over only by approximately 14.00 on the 27th of May 2014. A lot of foreign and Ukrainian observers monitored the elections. The elections were conducted with the active participation of Ukrainian citizens, in full conformity with procedures specified in legislation.

Elections in the Ukraine are democratic, free and transparent due to the presence of representatives of the candidates in commissions and the opportunity to witness the whole process of voting and counting the ballots until the final records are executed.

The results of such elections become legitimate and compared to elections in Belarus are recognized by Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights and other influential international Human Rights organizations, TheĀ United Nations and all the civilized states.

We visited one of the regional electoral districts in Svetlavodsk city district that is situated in Kiravagrad province of the Ukraine.

Certified copies of records are distributed to the both sides present, and upon the request to observers without any difficulties.

There were approximately 2000 voters at the electoral district. 60% of them voted. Vote count at the electoral count was accomplished at 00:00 a.m. The district was one of the first to present its result to the Svetladosk election committee. The process of presenting of final records started on the night after the elections on the 25th of May, continued on the 26th of May and will have been over only by approximately 14.00 on the 27th of May 2014 or even later.

Only after the committee controls the acceptance of the records, the results of election records are fixed and registered in unified electronic system. After that they become visible for the wide audience and are added to the consolidated election results.

Two adult citizens of Svetlavodsk district (Hlynsk village) came to regional electoral district at 7 a.m. to be the first to vote.

Vote counting. The head of the of the commission shows and airs the name of candidate who received a vote. The members of the Election Committee and the observers, who stand near their friends, supervise him. The ballot is handed over to the member of the commission responsible for the candidate and is placed on the table which has a board with the name of that candidate.
