Vaukavysk public activist Vital Huliak on March 13 held a single action against Russian interference in Ukrainian internal affairs and bringing Russian troops on the territory of a sovereign Ukrainian state, taking into account that among others Russia itself is the guarantor of Ukrainian sovereignty and indivisibility.

Vital Huliak was with Ukrainian yellow-blue flag and banner “No war! Putin – get away!” He came to the park of Soldiers-internationalists about 5 p.m. in crowded time for more people to see his protest. There he was already waited by unidentified men in civilian clothes, who immediately began to shoot him on camera. Vital stood there with a poster and observed by the unknown about fifteen minutes. Then a militia officer in the form came up to him, the deputy chief of Vaukavysk militia department, and offered the activist to go to the police station. At the department a protocol was drawn for holding an unsanctioned protest, after which the activist was released. The trial on this administrative case is appointed on March 14, at 10 a.m.
