Here we publish a compilation of graduates’ materials from the project “Lawyers’ Distance Learning of Human Rights”.

The compilation is a collection of articles prepared by lawyers from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Georgia, on the practice of States’ implementation of obligations under international law for protection of fundamental human rights and freedoms.

The attachment provides examples of authors’ appeals to protect human rights and freedoms at the national level with international instruments.

It is appropriate for the public authorities, lawyers, human rights defenders, journalists and anyone interested in the problems of using international law to protect interests of citizens and society.
