According to Mr. Uladzimir Marozau, he lost consciousness after a plain-clothes policeman put a knee across his neck, and subsequently appealed the incident at Minsk City Prosecutor’s Office.
However, the prosecuting authorities evaded assessing the reported violence by redirecting the complaint to Minsk Pershamaiski District Police Department, i.e. the “stranglers” themselves, which is strictly prohibited by the Law on Public Appeals.
